Tourism has come to a standstill, time has stopped&#8230; More and more states are taking drastic, short-term measures to secure and prevent the spread of the coronavirus. Many countries have banned or limited the access of visitors from other countries, more and more states are declaring a state of emergency or alert,&rdquo; said Traian Badulescu, Tourism consultant.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>In the period of March 1-16, the occupancy rate of hotels in Bucharest, compared to the same period last year, decreased from 69.6% to 31%.
