Construction work has begun on the Multi-purpose Hall in Constanta, an investment of approximately 68 million RON, funded by the National Investment Company. The Mayor of Constanta, Decebal Fagadau, also specified that significant amounts from the local budget will be added to this investment for landscaping, utilities, fencing, parking, lighting, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The new sports hall will have a capacity of 5,000 seats, including approximately 100 seats for people with disabilities, 100 seats for the press, and 150 VIP seats.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The investment project will feature a competition hall that will be certified by specialized bodies for hosting national, European, and world-level handball, basketball, or volleyball sporting events.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Additionally, the new multi-purpose hall project includes spaces dedicated to athletes (training room, weight room, fitness room, locker rooms, medical offices), spaces for the press (radio-TV broadcast studios), public areas (cafes, food services, restrooms), as well as administrative and leisure spaces.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
