On July 20, the Lithuanian group Apex Alliance is opening the Moxy Bucharest Old Town hotel in the capital’s Old Town, following an investment of approximately EUR 12.5 million.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Guests will be welcomed with check-in at the bar, and a key advantage of the hotel is represented by its mobile services: guests can use mobile check-in, a digital key (Siri can open the door for them), and mobile chat to communicate with hotel staff anytime and anywhere.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The new hotel has 119 rooms, and for 2020, it estimates an occupancy rate of 30-35%, lower than pre-pandemic forecasts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In Bucharest, Apex Alliance also operates the Hilton Garden Inn Old Town, Hilton Garden Inn Bucharest Airport, and Courtyard by Marriott Bucharest Floreasca hotels, offering a total of 678 rooms.
