Through this investment, the third wing of the complex, named Amfiteatru, will be opened with 360 rooms, which will be added to those already opened this year, and several annex spaces will be developed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The nearby Craiova hotel, with 160 rooms, will also be added to the complex, which will be modernized and upgraded to a 4-star standard.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The investment will be inaugurated next year, and the total number of rooms in the complex will reach nearly 1,000.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The complex operates under the name Phoenicia Blue View Resort. Mohammad Murad purchased the Craiova hotel in Olimp from the Micula brothers, intending to integrate it into a complex that includes Amfiteatru-Panoramic-Belvedere, as well as the Majestic hotel. According to reports, the complex is expected to have 1,200 rooms and 3,000 spots, being transformed into a 4-star all-inclusive resort following an investment of EUR 40 million, a sum that includes the acquisition of the hotels.<\/p>\n\n\n
