The Emergency Ordinance establishes state aid of 20% of the losses recorded by these companies in 2020, compared to the 2019 turnover.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
This is a state aid scheme that is to be notified to the European Commission, and after the Commission’s approval, it will be adopted in its final form; the Emergency Ordinance is to be adopted in its final form and operationalized.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Additionally, the validity of holiday vouchers granted in 2019 and 2020 has been extended until December 31, 2021.<\/p>\n\n
