The pandemic and international restrictions led to an occupancy rate of over 95% during the July \u2013 August \u2013 first half of September period, as tourists chose the Romanian seaside over international destinations. 2021 will bring the completion of several large-scale projects with multiple facilities, such as swimming pools, fitness rooms, or commercial spaces, which also offer integrated management services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Achieving a 70% occupancy rate during the summer season through tourist rentals would bring a buyer of a double studio in Mamaia an annual yield in euros of approximately 10%, or EUR 7,500, according to the rental rates from the 2020 season.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Reaching an occupancy rate as high as possible, towards 100%, can bring annual revenues of over EUR 10,000 during the summer period, an amount from which monthly administration, maintenance, and cleaning costs must be deducted, which can rise up to EUR 200 per month.
