Non-reimbursable funds amounting to 20% of the loss in turnover or volume of business, in the case of travel agencies, resulting from the activities related to the CAEN codes listed in Art. 3 para. (2), suffered in 2020 compared to 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
ELIGIBLE ENTITIES:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The aid may be granted to enterprises that:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– are not in difficulty, within the meaning of the definition in Art. 1 para. (3) lit. i) and\/or enterprises that were not in difficulty on December 31, 2019, but which faced difficulties or entered into difficulty subsequently due to the COVID-19 epidemic. (4) By way of exception to the provisions of para. (3), the aid may be granted to micro-enterprises or small enterprises;<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– have not received other aid according to Section 3.1 of the Communication or, if they have, the total aid received combined with the aid received under this scheme does not exceed 800,000 euros;<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– are not in insolvency at the time of registration in the state aid scheme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The amounts related to the state aid scheme are provided from the state budget through the budget of the Ministry of Economy, Entrepreneurship and Tourism, within the budgetary provisions approved for this purpose and\/or from external funds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
