A New Hotel Opening Amidst the Pandemic: Ibis Timisoara City Center<\/p>\n
At the beginning of March, the ibis Timisoara City Center hotel was opened in Timisoara.<\/p>\n
The new 200-room economy hotel belongs to the second generation of ibis hotels in Romania and introduces the innovative ibis SQUARE concept for the first time in Europe.<\/p>\n
The hotel has fully implemented the AllSafe by Accor label and safely welcomes guests and locals to its rooms, restaurant, bar, conference rooms, and other work and relaxation spaces.<\/p>\n
The ibis SQUARE design is flexible, modular, and modern. The lobby is no longer tied to its traditional functions. It is a 24\/7 social hub, offering a restaurant, entertainment space, relaxation, coworking, and meetings.<\/p>\n
The hotel features 4 individual conference rooms, which can be transformed into a large hall for corporate events with up to 130 participants or for private cocktails with over 150 guests.<\/p>\n
ibis Timisoara will also offer a multifunctional sports and relaxation area, with billiards, ping-pong, and a gym, as well as two other conference rooms located on the underground level. The hotel also benefits from a generous outdoor parking lot with 90 spaces.<\/p>\n
The construction of the hotel lasted 2 years and was carried out according to the development and arrangement standards provided by the Accor group’s technical team. The investment amounted to 10 million EUR and was made by Bega Grup.<\/p>\n
Affiliated with the Ibis network, the most well-known hotel brand in Europe, the hotel is operated through a management contract by Accor, a global leader in augmented hospitality.<\/p>\n
