The only works currently being carried out by the consortium of companies BOG\u2019ART SRL \u2013 UTI Grup SA \u2013 UTI Facility Management SA are final touches, the installation of equipment and systems necessary for the airport’s operation, testing and commissioning of all components, furniture assembly, and space sanitization.<\/p>\n
The space dedicated to domestic flights, including a VIP boarding area, features two counters and one boarding gate, as well as eight check-in desks available to passengers, who will board using three boarding gates.<\/p>\n
Also on the ground floor, in the airport entrance area, there will be offices for complaints and lost luggage, a medical office, currency exchange offices, car rentals, and agencies.<\/p>\n
International Departures are located on the first floor, featuring waiting rooms, passport control areas, and seven boarding gates.<\/p>\n
The runway has a length of 2,820 m.<\/p>\n
A significant part of the first floor is allocated for duty-free shops, travel agency offices, and other commercial activities, as well as a restaurant that will be accessible to Brasov residents who are not necessarily passengers but are just waiting for someone.<\/p>\n
