Niro Investment Group, which manages the assets of Business Hotels Investment, will complete the construction of the Swissotel hotel in the Expozitiei area of the capital within 2 years, in 2023.<\/p>\n

Niro Group signed a management contract with the Accor hotel chain, and in 2019, it started construction work for the opening of the first hotel under the Swissotel brand in Bucharest.<\/p>\n

The building will have 23 floors, three underground levels, and a height of 85 m, being the tallest hotel in Romania. The estimated investment amounts to 63 million EUR.<\/p>\n

Construction work continued even during the pandemic, and the superstructure part has been completed, with work on the facade, plumbing, and interior space to follow.<\/p>\n
