On April 27, a collaboration protocol was signed between the Bihor County Council and the Oradea City Hall for the construction and development of a conference center designed to host meetings, congresses, and conferences. By September 1, 2021, the Oradea City Hall will complete the necessary urban planning documentation using its own budget.
