EUR pe 12 ani pentru finantarea lucrarilor de constructie (structura, arhitectura, instalatii, finisaje etc.), cheltuielilor cu dotarea si punerea in functiune a Grand Hotel du Boulevard Corinthia Bucuresti.<\/p>\n
Grand Hotel du Boulevard va avea 33 de apartamente de lux, plus o serie de spatii publice specifice unui hotel.<\/p>\n
Grand Hotel du Boulevard este unul dintre cele mai vechi hoteluri din Bucuresti, fiind construit de catre arhitectul cladirii Universitatii Bucuresti, Alexandru Orascu, incepand cu anul 1867. Hotelul si-a deschis usile catre public in anul 1873, sub numele de Hotel Herdan, care a fost schimbat in 1877 in Grand Hotel du Boulevard.<\/p>\n
