Accor has signed a management agreement with ASIC, a strategic alliance between Ion Catutoiu, a developer operating in multiple industries, and Andrei Stanciu, CEO of Somet Group, a construction company, for a 150-room hotel intended for long-term stays. The hotel will be affiliated with the Novotel Living brand and will be the first of its kind to open in Eastern Europe.<\/p>\n
The future hotel will feature 150 units, various room types with kitchenettes, and a flexible workspace.<\/p>\n
The ground floor will take the form of a social hub, a space designed for socializing where both guests and members of the local community can meet, dine, and enjoy a drink in an open space where healthy food will also be available in a grab & go system. Other facilities include a “cinema” room, a modular space dedicated to meetings, a fitness room, spacious parking, and a beautiful outdoor courtyard with greenery, intended for outdoor urban events for both hotel guests and the nearby community.<\/p>\n
