The order provides for maintaining a distance of 2 m (left\/right, front\/back) between sunbeds used by people from different families. Chairs, sunbeds, and umbrellas must be used individually, without this equipment being shared between people who are not family members. They must be disinfected before and after use.<\/p>\n<p>Economic operators or administrators, as the case may be, have the following obligations regarding the protection of tourists in the spaces to which they have access:<\/p>\n<p>1. they will place access and behavior regulations on the beach in a visible place;<\/p>\n<p>2. measures are ensured to respect a distance of 2 m (left\/right, front\/back) between sunbeds used by people from different families;<\/p>\n<p>3. to estimate beach capacity while maintaining physical distance, both past data projections and active monitoring can be used;<\/p>\n<ol start=\"4\">\n<li>administrators will ensure access to the beach within the adopted capacity limits, maintaining physical distance, discouraging crowding, and limiting large gatherings;<\/li>\n<li>also, to achieve the objectives of reducing the risk of transmission of the SARS-CoV-2 virus infection, beach administrators must adopt measures for:<\/li>\n<li>a) restricting access to the beach if the established capacity limits are exceeded and physical distance cannot be maintained;<\/li>\n<li>b) ensuring access through clearly marked entry points;<\/li>\n<li>c) establishing separate, unidirectional entry and exit lanes;<\/li>\n<li>d) reserving beach use for certain periods of time through an online or telephone booking system and\/or adopting strategic operating hours or flexible closing criteria;<\/li>\n<li>e) collaborating with law enforcement to redirect or divert vehicles\/people if the maximum established capacity is reached;<\/li>\n<li>f) limiting the number of employees interacting with tourists;<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>6. access to adjacent indoor areas (e.g., changing areas, locker rooms, toilets) must comply with physical distancing rules;<\/p>\n<ol start=\"7\">\n<li>a distance of at least 2 m must be maintained between people (including employees) at all times; exception: members of the same family or if the safety of the core activity requires a shorter distance (e.g., lifting heavy equipment);<\/li>\n<li>work areas (e.g., lifeguard chairs, towers) are arranged so that those providing services on the beach stand at least 1.5 m apart;<\/li>\n<li>installation of physical barriers at payment points, placed between the space reserved for staff working in the unit and tourists;<\/li>\n<li>serving customers will be done by the staff working on the concessioned beach, without customers moving to the service points;<\/li>\n<li>as far as possible, the serving of unpackaged products is avoided;<\/li>\n<li>in the case of non-concessioned beaches, the local public administration will be responsible for maintaining physical distancing rules and avoiding the formation of crowds;<\/li>\n<li>signaling appropriate distances with visible delimitation of the direction for entry and exit areas, to control the presence\/density of users;<\/li>\n<li>beach equipment (e.g., chairs, sunbeds, umbrellas) must be used individually, without this equipment being shared between people who are not family members;<\/li>\n<li>before and after each use, beach equipment (e.g., chairs, sunbeds, umbrellas) will be cleaned and disinfected with approved biocidal products;<\/li>\n<li>beach toilets must be provided with adequate supplies to respect hygiene: water, soap, disinfectant with at least 60% alcohol, paper towels, and touchless trash cans.
