The Nordis Mamaia project, developed by Nordis Group, a real estate company specialized in the development of luxury hotel and residential complexes, was valued for its first stage at approximately EUR 157 million, a market valuation valid after the hotel’s launch date, scheduled for June 16, 2022.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The valuation belongs to the Horwath HTL group, the global leader in hotel and tourism consultancy and valuation. In Romania, Horwath HTL is represented by Fivestar Hospitality, with a cooperation agreement existing between the companies since 2009.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The result records an annual increase of 25%, considering that the market value of the project at the time of valuation, July 2021, was EUR 117 million.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Nordis Group, the only developer of luxury hotel and residential complexes in Romania, began the development of the Nordis Mamaia project in 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Consisting of four building blocks joined by a lobby area, the complex will have a capacity of 712 hotel rooms and apartments and 620 residential apartments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Nordis Mamaia is considered the most luxurious and ambitious project on the Black Sea coast as it will provide clients and tourists with numerous facilities, such as 10,000 sqm of private beach, the largest seaside SPA, a children’s playground, a 1,500 sqm commercial gallery, nine restaurants and cafes, as well as a 1,200-space parking lot.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
At the time of the Horwath HTL valuation, the units of the Nordis Mamaia complex were 90% sold.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The lobby area and the commercial gallery were inaugurated at the end of July this year, and the project will be completed by mid-2022.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
During the inauguration event, Nordis Group announced the second stage of the seaside complex, namely residential buildings with over 1,000 apartments. This stage of the project will offer tourists and residents numerous relaxation spaces with family and friends, a private beach, a promenade area, squash courts, a multipurpose hall with over 1,000 seats, a children’s playground, a medical recovery center, commercial spaces, and many other facilities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
