For this, he is willing to put up to 5 million EUR on the line.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Among the projects Murad will finance are a bakery, an art school, a laundry service, greenhouses, a fashion house, a pastry\/confectionery lab, a travel agency, a dental clinic, a bio chicken and turkey farm, and others.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For these 15 projects, he needs business partners\u2014people who want to become entrepreneurs and are willing to work for their business.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mohammad Murad&#8217;s project, named &#8220;Atelierul de afaceri&#8221; (The Business Workshop), will function as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>each individual business will be financed with amounts ranging between 50,000 and 500,000 EUR;<\/li><li>a distinct commercial company will be established for each, in which the partner will initially receive 20% of the shares, while the remainder will be held by the company or by Mohammad Murad directly;<\/li><li>after one year, depending on performance, the partner&#8217;s share will increase up to 50%, with the possibility of becoming the sole associate with 100% of the shares within a maximum of 3 years.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Murad also ensures a monthly income of 2,000 EUR at the start of the business.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Additionally, the businessman specified that he plans to build a tourist complex in the Danube Delta.
