Re\u0219i\u021ba City Hall has launched a tender for the development of two ski slopes in the Semenic Mountains and the construction of a gondola-type cable transport system, as well as the acquisition of an artificial snow system and the construction of annex buildings (sports equipment rental center, administrative space, Salvamont center with a first aid point).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The project is estimated at RON 161.6 million, excluding VAT, with a duration of 2 years and two months from the date of award.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
According to the contracting authority, the project will lead to an improvement in the quality of life in the community, the current state of tourism infrastructure in Cara\u0219-Severin County, living conditions, and labor standards, maintaining and attracting the population to rural areas, as well as improving conditions for practicing winter sports.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The two slopes will have a total length of 7,946 m, and the average width is planned to be approximately 30 m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The gondola will have an inclined length of 3,834 m, with a vertical drop of 758 m and a transport capacity of at least 2,400 people\/hour, in enclosed cabins with benches for 8 people. Bids will be opened in the first part of October.<\/p>\n\n\n
