The main objective\u2014decoupling the operation of HoReCa units from the incidence of COVID-19 cases\u2014has been achieved, but there are other measures supported in a manifesto-type document, explained Corina Martin, Vice President of the Federation of Employer Associations in the Hospitality Industry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
“We are putting firm requests on the government’s table: our demand for the real activation of technical unemployment, and we are requesting a cap on taxes for salaries up to 3,100 RON, so that we can retain the staff we have struggled to attract to our industry. Regarding terraces, we practically want access for individuals who can prove through a test\u2014either a rapid test or a PCR test\u2014that they are not COVID-19 carriers at this moment,” stated Corina Martin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The Federation of Employer Associations in the Hospitality Industry brings together industry associations from the counties of Bra\u0219ov, Timi\u0219oara, Bac\u0103u, Cluj, Craiova, Arge\u0219, Neam\u021b, and Constan\u021ba.<\/p>\n\n\n
