Suceava will be a pilot county for the implementation of a national tourism project by the Ministry of Economy, Entrepreneurship, and Tourism regarding the implementation of the “Romanian Hospitality Quality” (COR) system, announced the Vice President of the County Council, Niculai Barba.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
According to Barba, the COR system is a complement to the current classification of tourist reception structures with accommodation functions in Romania, which considers infrastructure, but also its condition, the provision of certain services, and the way they are performed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The Vice President of the CJ also specified that tourist reception structures that obtain this system will be granted a logo to use for promotion, and the promotion of these tourist structures will also be done through the means available to the Ministry of Economy, Entrepreneurship, and Tourism. The implementation of the project aims to increase consumer satisfaction in relation to the services provided, reduce staff turnover, and increase credibility regarding the quality of tourist services.<\/p>\n\n
