ADP Oradea could invest the profit obtained in 2021 in the construction of a hotel<\/p>\n
The Public Domain Administration (ADP), which manages, among others, the markets, swimming pools, and the cemetery in Oradea, ended 2021 with revenues of 76.2 million RON, an increase of 15.1 million RON compared to the 61.1 million RON of the previous year.<\/p>\n
The director of ADP, Liviu Andrica, stated that the Nymphaea Aquapark had the greatest impact on the company’s revenues.<\/p>\n
The profit recorded last year will be used by ADP to finance investments. Thus, it is considering building a hotel to expand the services offered by the Nymphaea Aquapark. Andrica specified that a pre-feasibility study has been commissioned for this purpose, and a 2-3 star hotel with about 100 rooms could be built.<\/p>\n
According to the plans, the construction could be carried out as a continuation of the aquapark building, towards the Dinamo swimming pool, and customers would have quick access to the pools and restaurant, as well as the SPA area.<\/p>\n
According to the director, this year ADP will finalize the design of the future construction and will take steps with the municipal leadership for the approval of the investment. The actual construction could start next year.<\/p>\n
