Minister Cadariu: Measure 2 funds to be distributed by the end of March<\/p>\n
Minister of Entrepreneurship and Tourism, Constantin-Daniel Cadariu, stated that by the end of March, all amounts due through Measure 2 \u2013 “Grants for working capital” will be paid to beneficiaries.<\/p>\n
Measure 2 aims to provide financial support to enterprises whose activity was directly or indirectly affected by the spread of the SARS-CoV-2 virus, or whose activity was prohibited by military ordinances during the state of emergency or restricted during the state of alert.<\/p>\n
The minister also added that under the HoReCa scheme, in December (first stage) and then in January, 2.2 billion RON were paid to approximately 8,300 beneficiaries.<\/p>\n
“We are close to completing the analysis of the 33,000 applications for Measure 1, Stage II. I understand that, so far, approximately 21,000 companies have been declared eligible. We are talking about that aid, those grants of up to 2,000 EUR, for working capital for micro-enterprises,” the minister explained.<\/p>\n
