18 cultural sites from Alba County will be included in the 12 tourist\/cultural routes of Romania’s National Recovery and Resilience Plan (PNRR) \u2013 Pillar IV. Social and territorial cohesion, component C11 \u2013 Tourism and culture, b) Investments, for promotion and restoration respectively.<\/p>\n

From the Alba County Council’s proposal, 13 sites were selected across 8 cultural-tourist routes:<\/p>\n

  2. Traditional Architecture Villages Route: Traditional households in Rosia Montana<\/li>\n
  3. Fortresses Route: Dacian Fortress of Capalna \u2013 Sasciori<\/li>\n
  4. Wooden Churches Route: “Holy Three Hierarchs” Wooden Church \u2013 Goiesti; “Saint Parascheva” Wooden Church Ensemble \u2013 Pianu de Sus; “Ascension of the Lord” Wooden Church Ensemble \u2013 Arieseni; “Saint Nicholas” Wooden Church Ensemble of Lupsa Monastery \u2013 Valea Lupsii.<\/li>\n
  5. Fortified Churches Route: Reformed Fortified Church Ensemble Cricau \u2013 Ighiu<\/li>\n

  7. Roman Castra Route: Castrum at Zlatna Trimpoielele \u2013 Zlatna; Cetateaua Roman Fortification \u2013 Abrud<\/li>\n
