EUR<\/p>\n<p>The Nordis Brasov residential complex, located a short distance from the city center, will have a capacity of 158 hotel rooms and 43 residential apartments.<\/p>\n<p>Among the facilities are an infinity pool, a 900 sqm SPA, a fitness room, a cinema room, a library, 3 conference rooms, restaurants, a running track, a charging station for electric cars, valet parking services, as well as cleaning and room service.<\/p>\n<p>A studio has a purchase price starting from EUR 91,000, excluding VAT, just over EUR 240,000 for two-room apartments, around EUR 480,000 for three-room apartments, and four-room apartments have prices exceeding EUR 595,000.<\/p>\n<p>More than 50% of the units in the hotel buildings of the Nordis Bra\u0219ov complex were purchased in the pre-contractual stage, with payment based on execution stages.<\/p>\n<p>The investment for the construction of the 5-star Nordis Brasov complex, where works began at the end of May this year, amounts to approximately EUR 26.4 million.
