In an existing building with a basement, ground floor, first floor, and attic located in the center of Oradea, a hotel with 14 apartments and adjacent common spaces will be developed. A new building will be added to the existing structure in the courtyard.<\/p>\n

The project includes the renovation, interior and exterior modifications, extension with a building wing, demolition of the existing ground-floor structure and construction of a new wing, and fencing of the land.<\/p>\n

In the building, there will be two apartments on the ground floor, 5 apartments on the first floor, and 7 apartments in the attic. The land has a total area of 813 sqm, of which nearly 450 sqm are occupied by buildings.<\/p>\n
