In the railway station area of Cluj-Napoca, a hotel with 3 floors + 1 recessed floor will be built, with Sc Coral Oir Srl as the beneficiary. The design is provided by the Scripcariu architecture office.<\/p>\n
On July 14, 2022, the project’s PUD (Detailed Urban Plan) was discussed in the urban planning meeting, and the studied area covers 281 sqm.<\/p>\n
The building will have the following layout:
\nGROUND FLOOR: reception, administration office, staff locker room, luggage room
\nFLOORS 1-3: 2 accommodation units classified at 2 stars on each level
\nRECESSED FLOOR: technical spaces (boiler room), maid’s office<\/p>\n
Pedestrian and car access will be from Albert Einstein Street.<\/p>\n
A parking platform with 2 spaces will also be arranged at the eastern end of the plot. According to the 2014 PUG (General Urban Plan), the parking requirement for 2-star hotels is 30% of the number of accommodation units, the same as provided in Order 65\/2013 for the classification of tourist reception units.<\/p>\n
