Online travel service provider Booking Holdings has inaugurated its first Center of Excellence in Bucharest, an investment estimated at 100 million EUR over a 5-year period.<\/p>\n
The Center of Excellence was opened to provide access to highly skilled technology specialists, to support projects based on new and emerging technologies using industry best practices, and to promote collaboration opportunities across all Booking Holdings brands, including Booking.com, Priceline, Agoda, KAYAK, OpenTable and Rentalcars.com.<\/p>\n
Currently, the new Center of Excellence in Bucharest supports cybersecurity operations and fraud monitoring, IT infrastructure and procurement analysis, with new capabilities in other areas, including Data Governance, FinTech and marketing, to be added throughout this year and in 2023.<\/p>\n
