The company Paradisul Verde Investment, indirectly controlled by Drago\u0219 Petrescu, owns a plot of land with an area of approximately 3,200 sqm at the entrance of the Paradisul Verde residential complex, next to the Sunrise restaurant.<\/p>\n
The investor intends to demolish part of the existing buildings on the land and build in their place a building dedicated to commercial spaces and another with an apart-hotel function.
