A large portion of the materials, including the wooden beams, were preserved, as were many of the bricks resulting from the demolished walls, which were then reused.<\/p>\n
The hotel cost over \u20ac7 million, and the design was executed by a firm from Timi\u0219oara. The facade maintains the old architectural line, but the interior is a modern building.<\/p>\n
The first building section has four levels plus an attic, the second has two floors plus an attic, and the third, built from scratch on Augustin Pacha Street, features three rooms and three suites, as well as access to the underground parking.<\/p>\n
