SIF Banat-Cri\u015fana sells units held through SIF Hoteluri<\/p>\n
SIF Hoteluri, a company owned by SIF Banat-Cri\u015fana, has sold the DoubleTree by Hilton hotel in Oradea for 11 million EUR, according to a company report published on the Bucharest Stock Exchange.<\/p>\n
The management of SIF Hoteluri has convened the company’s shareholders’ meeting on December 21 to approve the sale of Eurohotel Baia Mare, with the sale price to be established based on an evaluation report prepared by an independent evaluator.<\/p>\n
The hotel features 64 rooms, a restaurant with a capacity of 180 seats, a day bar with 46 seats, a terrace with 44 seats, two conference rooms with 220 seats, and a SPA center consisting of a fitness room, swimming pool, and sauna. Last year, the unit had a turnover of 1.4 million RON and a loss of 0.03 million RON. In 2020, the hotel recorded a loss of 0.23 million RON, and in 2019, a profit of 0.13 million RON, according to reports on the stock exchange website.<\/p>\n
In the summer of last year, SIF Hoteluri sold the Rusca hotel in Hunedoara for 1.1 million EUR excluding VAT to Nicolae C\u0103pu\u015fan, who owns the group that includes the SunGarden hotels in Turda, SunGarden Therme in Dej, as well as the SunGarden Resort hotel complex in Cluj Napoca.<\/p>\n
