A New Cultural Tourism Route<\/p>\n
The Ministry of Entrepreneurship and Tourism marked Romania’s National Day by recognizing a new cultural tourism route: the “Cultural Tourism Route of memorial sites in Romania dedicated to heroes fallen for freedom.”<\/p>\n
The purpose of this initiative is to capitalize on the tourist, cultural, and historical potential, as well as to increase the number of tourists in the counties of Constan\u021ba, Buz\u0103u, and Vrancea, and the surrounding region. Among the sites included in the route, we mention: the M\u0103r\u0103\u0219e\u0219ti Mausoleum, the Ecaterina Teodoroiu Monument, the commemorative plaque of the “Mircea cel B\u0103tr\u00e2n” National College in Constan\u021ba, the Heroes’ Cross in Tichile\u0219ti, the ruins of the Racovi\u021beni Mausoleum, the “Silence Prison” Memorial, and many others.<\/p>\n
