Meta Estate Trust, in partnership with Rock Development Holding, intends to build a five-star hotel in the center of the Poiana Bra\u0219ov resort, as well as an aparthotel.<\/p>\n

Rock Development Holding is owned by businessmen Mircea Cotig\u0103, former CEO of UniCredit Bank, and Constantin Mihai, a real estate developer from Ialomi\u021ba. The holding has been involved in several urban regeneration real estate developments in areas of Bucharest.<\/p>\n
