This represents an investment started by Constantin Morar in 2007, who passed away ten years later, through the company he co-owned in equal shares with his son \u2013 SC Tina SRL. The chosen location is on the crest of a hill at the exit of Bradu towards Avrig, 600 m from the DN1 national road and at an elevation of 45 m above the road level.<\/p>\n
According to judicial liquidators, the level of construction completion varies by floor: the semi-basement is 60% complete, the ground floor 80-90%, the first and second floors are 100% finished, and the two attics have a completion rate of 30%.<\/p>\n
