Entrepreneur Ionu\u021b Anghelu\u0219 from Bac\u0103u, one of the most important real estate developers in Bra\u0219ov, is set to invest EUR 120 million in a multifunctional complex that will include a hotel, an office building, and a 20-story tower, which will be the tallest residential building in Bra\u0219ov.<\/p>\n
The hotel will be operated under the Marriott brand; the company has signed the franchise agreement for this hotel chain and it will feature 161 rooms. This is set to be the first Marriott hotel in Bra\u0219ov, built on the former Prefa industrial site, where the Urban Plaza residential complex is currently being developed.<\/p>\n
