According to the documentation submitted to APM Bra\u0219ov, the hotel to be developed within the former BCR headquarters will feature 142 rooms and 109 parking spaces, including 38 in the basement. The hotel will also include a SPA center, a casino, a conference hall, and catering spaces.<\/p>\n
Furthermore, to accommodate the construction of the swimming pool, the annex attached to the main building will be heightened. The new hotel will be a 4-star establishment.<\/p>\n
The BCR headquarters was initially listed for sale at EUR 8.4 million, after which the price was reduced to EUR 7.5 million.
