The resort is planned to be fully completed by 2025, when it will reach 170 villas in the residential complex, all with a view of the golf course and the 6 hectares of artificial lakes, and will also include an aparthotel, a luxury SPA, restaurants, event halls, swimming pools, sports fields, and playgrounds for children.
