Societatea Euro House Construct SRL has received environmental approval for the construction of two buildings on the shores of Lake Siutghiol, in the Mamaia resort. The project involves the construction of a 15-story hotel and an eight-story parking facility on a plot of land measuring 13,290 sqm.<\/p>\n
In December 2022, the company submitted the presentation memorandum to the Constan\u021ba Environmental Protection Agency (APM), and environmental experts determined that an environmental impact assessment was necessary. Following consultations, APM Constan\u021ba decided to issue the permit for the future investment, which will be built across from Hotel Rex.<\/p>\n
On the site, the construction of two buildings is planned: Building A, with a height regime of B+GF+12-15F, functioning as an aparthotel, commercial spaces, catering services, and SPA; and Building B, with a height regime of B+GF+5-8F \u2013 a multi-story parking lot, courtyard landscaping, outdoor swimming pool, children’s playground, and site organization.<\/p>\n
The first building will include 377 accommodation units of the studio or 2 and 3-room holiday apartment type, on floors 1 through 14. The basement will house a parking lot with 188 spaces, technical areas, and civil protection shelters, while the ground floor will feature the reception and annexes, staff areas, an open parking lot with 50 spaces, commercial spaces, technical areas, and circulation cores (lobbies, elevators, and stairs).<\/p>\n
The first floor will house the fitness room, SPA, bar, accommodation units (studios or 2 and 3-room apartments), circulation cores (lobbies, elevators, and stairs), floor offices, and technical spaces. From the 2nd to the 14th floor, there will be accommodation units of the studio or 2 and 3-room apartment type, and the top floor will contain technical spaces.<\/p>\n
The second building, the parking facility, will have 199 spaces: 19 underground and 180 in the above-ground section.<\/p>\n
The land of over 1 hectare is owned by Tomis General Contractor SA and was acquired by Euro House Construct SRL based on a contract for the constitution of a superficies right for the purpose of constructing a building and a bilateral promise of exchange, authenticated under no. 976\/07.06.2021.<\/p>\n
