Kronstadt Hotel aims to build a 3-star hotel, to be operated under the Ibis Styles brand, as well as a residential building. The plot covers 3,461 sqm in the vicinity of Mici Street, where a warehouse formerly operated.<\/p>\n
The estimated implementation period for the project is 20 months, with the investment start date depending on obtaining the necessary permits.<\/p>\n
Both building structures will have 8 floors each and are planned with underground parking. The hotel will feature 126 rooms, as well as a closed-circuit restaurant with 124 seats and a 320 sqm business and conference center.<\/p>\n
In total, 121 parking spaces are to be arranged, with the developer allocating 2 spaces for each apartment.<\/p>\n
Kronstadt Hotel was founded in 2021 by Anca Madar, a shareholder in the Temad group of companies, and Dan Giroveanu; the company’s administrator is Daniela Giroveanu, who also owns a Mercure hotel in Bucharest.<\/p>\n
In September 2021, Accor, one of the leading global hospitality groups expanding its portfolio in Romania, signed a management agreement with Kronstadt Hotel to open this Ibis Styles brand hotel in Bra\u0219ov.<\/p>\n
