IHG Hotels & Resorts has announced the signing of Hotel Indigo Satu Mare, marking the debut of the Hotel Indigo brand in Romania.<\/p>\n
This property will occupy an Art Nouveau building in the city of Satu Mare, located on Romania’s northern border. The property is expected to open in 2025.<\/p>\n
Upon its opening in 2025, Hotel Indigo Satu Mare will host guests in 62 design-led rooms and suites, as well as a locally inspired restaurant, an elegant cocktail bar, and a spa. The property will introduce guests to the city and its cultural identity.<\/p>\n
The hotel was signed under a franchise agreement with Dacia SRL, a subsidiary of Manevi ZRT, and will be operated by the Hungarian hotel operator, Hotel & More.<\/p>\n
Hotel Indigo Satu Mare will join three other IHG properties in Romania: Intercontinental Ath\u00e9n\u00e9e Palace Bucharest, Crowne Plaza Bucharest, and Holiday Inn Bucharest-Times. Other properties, including Crowne Plaza Constan\u021ba Mamaia Beach, are also currently under development.<\/p>\n
