Wizz Air has announced that it will close its base in Suceava, starting October 28, 2023. The company will continue to operate flights to London Luton, Rome, Milan Malpensa, Dortmund, and Memmingen from Suceava airport.<\/p>\n
The other five routes operated by Wizz Air from Suceava, to Larnaca, Eindhoven, Brussels Charleroi, Paris Beauvais, and Bologna, will be transferred to Ia\u0219i airport.<\/p>\n
All employees affected by the closure of the Suceava base will be offered work opportunities elsewhere in the Wizz Air network.<\/p>\n
Customers affected by the changes will be notified via email and will have the option to reschedule their flights for free, receive a 120% refund of the original fare in the form of airline credit, or receive a 100% refund of the paid amount.<\/p>\n
