Real estate development company Rock Development Holding has obtained the building permit for the development of the first five-star hotel project in Poiana Bra\u0219ov, which will attract an investment of 70 million EUR.<\/p>\n
The project will consist of a hotel with 120 rooms and 75 “branded residence” type residential units. These are luxury homes, designed and managed by a top international hotel operator.<\/p>\n
The difference between a “branded residence” and a standard luxury apartment is that owners have access to a wide range of services, including maintenance, room service, access to the SPA and wellness center, a specialized restaurant, and concierge services.<\/p>\n
The company is in the process of selecting an international hotel operator. The 75 residential units will be managed by the selected operator, being the first in Romania to be part of a global luxury chain. Owners will benefit from all the hotel’s facilities, including the possibility of renting through the administrator.<\/p>\n
