The decision was adopted on Wednesday during an extraordinary meeting led by the institution’s president, Florin Mitroi, after authorities were officially notified by a judicial executor regarding the sale of assets owned by the debtor company REX Mamaia SRL.<\/p>\n

The foreclosure procedure targets two distinct assets located in the Mamaia resort. The first property consists of the six-level hotel complex (ground floor, reception floor, and four floors) with a built area of 4,776 sqm, situated on a 7,426 sqm plot. The starting price for this property is EUR 9.49 million. The second asset is the parking lot associated with the complex, located on a 2,345 sqm plot, valued at a starting price of EUR 745,000.<\/p>\n

Despite the objective’s classification as a historical monument according to Law no. 5\/2000, county councilors voted to waive the acquisition, allowing the public auction to proceed.
