Accor, a world leader in the hospitality industry, announces the strengthening of its partnership with local company Construc\u021bii Erba\u0219u, by signing hotel management agreements for two new hotels in Bucharest and Oradea and by extending the existing management agreement for ibis Styles Bucharest Erbas.<\/p>\n
The two companies will join forces for the opening of the new Novotel Living Bucharest B\u0103neasa. Construction began in the third quarter of 2023, and the 150-room hotel is scheduled to enter the market in June 2025.<\/p>\n
With Novotel Living, Accor brings the extended stay concept to the Bucharest market. The future hotel will offer various types of rooms with kitchenettes and a flexible workspace. The ground floor will take the form of a social hub for dining, meetings, and socializing.<\/p>\n
Other facilities include an all-day dining area, a “cinema” room, a modular meeting space, a fitness room, a large parking lot, and an outdoor green space. Novotel Living Bucharest B\u0103neasa is positioned directly opposite the largest commercial area in Bucharest, B\u0103neasa Shopping City.<\/p>\n
The partnership also includes the construction and operation of a 120-room ibis Styles in Oradea. Construction work for the new ibis Styles Oradea Erbas will begin in the first quarter of 2024, and the property is set to welcome its first guests in 2026.<\/p>\n
Accor and Construc\u021bii Erba\u0219u have also agreed on the extension of the existing management contract for ibis Styles Bucharest Erbas, located in the Avia\u021biei area and opened in 2018. The new agreement will be in effect until 2033.<\/p>\n
