The group, which reported a turnover of approximately EUR 431.64 million for 2024, is diversifying its portfolio by strengthening the hotel division and through new strategic projects in the recycling field.<\/p>\n

The two hotel projects to be delivered are Novotel B\u0103neasa and Ibis Styles Oradea, developed within the context of a long-term partnership with the Accor chain. The hotel in the capital, a EUR 14 million investment started at the end of 2023, will feature 150 rooms. The Oradea unit, whose works began in 2024 with a budget of EUR 10 million, will add 120 rooms to the portfolio. Additionally, the company is targeting a new project on a land plot in Timi\u015foara. The collaboration with Accor also includes the Ibis Style Bucharest Erbas unit in the Avia\u0163iei area, opened in 2018, which was recently expanded and reclassified to four stars, reaching 108 rooms.<\/p>\n

Although the group has activities in tourism and dairy production, construction generates approximately 85% of revenues. According to financial data, in 2024 the company recorded a net profit of EUR 65.14 million, with 1,300 employees. The group includes several entities, such as Erba\u015fu Edil Construct, Erba\u015fu Total Construct and Creado Concept. In the large infrastructure works segment, the company recently won, in a consortium, the contract for the expansion of the metro on Line 4 and the regional hospital project in Craiova, a public investment of approximately EUR 353.16 million.<\/p>\n

In the investment plan, Construc\u0163ii Erba\u015fu is carrying out a project of about EUR 16.87 million for a construction and glass waste recycling station, which will be completed this summer. Of this amount, EUR 7.65 million comes from non-reimbursable funds through the PNRR. The company’s total investments in the last five years have exceeded EUR 120 million. For 2026, owner Cristian Erba\u015fu announced an investment budget of EUR 30 million, directed towards technology, modernizing the fleet and new projects in the hotel and agri-food sectors, estimating the creation of 300 new jobs.<\/p>\n
