The hotel was acquired by brothers Daniel and Ovidiu Moldovan, owners of Jelna Winery, together with Florin Font, a Maramure\u0219-based entrepreneur with business interests in real estate, construction, retail, and a local restaurant in Bistri\u021ba. The hospitality property was traded during a public auction held on December 21, 2023.<\/p>\n
The property is located at 4 Pia\u021ba Petru Rare\u0219 Street, Bistri\u021ba, and consists of 2,958 sqm of land and a B+GF+3F building, with a footprint of 1,900 sqm, a gross floor area of 8,492.36 sqm, and a net usable area of 6,978 sqm. The hotel features 98 rooms, a restaurant, and other operational facilities.<\/p>\n
Coroana de Aur was inaugurated on April 30, 1974, serving as the city\u2019s most representative hotel. In 2013, the hotel underwent a major renovation, concluding at the end of the year and achieving a four-star rating.<\/p>\n
