This is to be built on a 2,160 sqm plot of land owned by the former Neptun SPV One SRL, currently Solantis Neptun SRL. The building will be located in the proximity of the &#8220;P\u0203lcul de Stejari Brumarii de la Neptun&#8221; natural area. Recently, the Constan\u021ba County Council issued the construction permit for this investment.<\/p>\n<p>The construction will have a footprint of 1,284 sqm and between 160 and 180 apartments, representing a total built area of 18,147 sqm. Green spaces will cover an area of 432 sqm, and vehicle access to the site will be provided from Aleea Trandafirilor, located on the western side of the land, via two entrance\/exit zones on the alley positioned perpendicular to Aleea Steaguri. In conclusion, the land occupancy percentage (POT) will be 60%, and the land utilization coefficient (CUT) will be 4.8.<\/p>\n<p>At the beginning of 2022, the businessman intended to build an eleven-story hotel in the Neptun resort. Subsequently, the project was modified, and he now seeks to erect a 17-story building, even though the maximum height of buildings in the area is GF+3F.<\/p>\n<p>Solantis Neptun SRL was established in 2021. The sole associate of the firm is Certion SRL, and the administrator is Oana Cristina Scripcaru Iosif. For 2022, the last fiscal reporting year, the company had no activity and reported losses of over 14,000 RON, with no employees. Debts amounted to more than 15.6 million RON.<\/p>\n<p>Certion SRL has Corneliu C\u0103t\u0103lin Scripcaru, Theodor Cezar Ionescu, and Felicia Ani\u0219oara C\u0103runtu as associates, with the first two also serving as the firm&#8217;s administrators.
