The growth for the 5-star category over the next three years will be 128% once the new hotels are inaugurated.<\/p>\n<p>In addition to hotels, mixed-use developments are also gaining ground. Coresi represents one of the most extensive urban regeneration projects in Romania, spanning 120 hectares, approximately 8% of Bra\u0219ov&#8217;s usable area. In the Coresi District, 350 million EUR has been invested in remodeling the old industrial platform, and until 2030, another 350 million EUR will be allocated for development.<\/p>\n<p>The residential market in Bra\u0219ov has become the largest regional market, ranking second nationally after Bucharest-Ilfov.
