Learning Opportunities for SME Entrepreneurs"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Within the \u201cCompetitiveness for Artisans\u201d project (project no. 2022\/360166), funded with the support of grants provided by Iceland, Liechtenstein, and Norway through the EEA Financial Mechanism 2014-2021, under the \u201cSME Development Program in Romania,\u201d the Bridge Language Study House Association has developed a series of 15 video tutorials aimed at supporting the professional training of SME entrepreneurs, particularly those involved in artisan and handicraft activities.<\/p>\n<p>The themes were carefully selected so that, by completing the video materials, participants will be able to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>choose suitable social networks for promoting their own products;<\/li>\n<li>write attractive promotional copy;<\/li>\n<li>interpret social media analytics;<\/li>\n<li>maintain contact with customers efficiently and creatively;<\/li>\n<li>create and edit visual materials (photos and videos) for digital marketing;<\/li>\n<li>create a presentation website on various platforms;<\/li>\n<li>create a webshop and interpret website analytics;<\/li>\n<li>effectively resolve unpleasant
