Hesburger is a restaurant chain originating from Finland, a family business with a presence in Finland, the Baltic states\u2014Latvia, Lithuania, and Estonia\u2014Germany, Ukraine, and Bulgaria, with a total of 470 units.<\/p>\n
The Hesburger business, launched over 50 years ago, enters the local market with a unit in Shopping City R\u00e2mnicu V\u00e2lcea. It is an 80 sqm restaurant that required an investment of 300,000 EUR.<\/p>\n
“We decided to enter the Romanian market following a thorough analysis of the local market, and we believe in the development potential here. We have solid experience in expanding within the region, especially in the Baltic countries and Bulgaria. Currently, we are in discussions for new locations in various cities in Romania, including Bucharest. We aim to open 10 new Hesburger restaurants nationwide in the first year, following investments of over 8 million euros,” says Ieva Salmela, International Development & Marketing Director at Hesburger.<\/p>\n
