Craiova businessman \u0218tefan Cherciu, owner of the QFort PVC joinery brand and Casa Noastr\u0103, has obtained the urban planning certificate for the construction of the first skyscraper in our country. This concerns a hotel intended to feature 27 floors, a greenhouse, and a five-level underground parking facility. The building will reach a height of 115 meters.<\/p>\n
Specifically, it is to be built next to the Ramada Hotel and will have a height of 115 m.<\/p>\n
The land where the hotel is to be erected is located in Craiova on \u0218tefan cel Mare Street, but it also has an exit onto P\u0103ltini\u0219 Street. The total area of the building is expected to be 2,579 sqm, and in addition to the hotel opening here, there will also be an office building and a five-level basement.<\/p>\n
The height regime of the new building will be limited to GF+2 for at least 20 m of the buildable depth. The certificate currently received by the Craiova businessman refers to the approval of construction activities for the new building.<\/p>\n
