Forty Management has announced that Lagoon Park Bucharest, the first Public Access Lagoon (PAL) project in Europe, will open on Wednesday, June 12, bringing the innovation and fascination of patented Crystal Lagoons technology to the first European capital. Lagoon Park represents the transformation of a 40,000 sqm former industrial site into a green urban oasis. It is located at 18 Coralilor Street.<\/p>\n
The entire Central District Lagoon City project in northern Bucharest will require investments of EUR 120 million and includes the construction of 400 apartments that will not be sold, but rented.<\/p>\n

Lagoon Park Bucharest includes a 10,000 sqm turquoise lagoon with an average depth of 2 m, 11,000 sqm of white sand beaches, 1,150 sunbeds and umbrellas, 2 restaurants, 280 public parking spaces, a Lexus car exhibition, and other facilities, from water sports to its own radio station, LagoonRadio.<\/p>\n
